摘要
在当前学校教育中弥散的学生竞争性观念,其根源无疑在于当前学校制度实践的现实困境。具体而言,其是从构建学生竞争性观念范畴、取向及内容诸方面共同促成了学生竞争性观念的发生。显然,此一影响无论对于学校中的个体发展、人际构建还是群体进步而言都是不利的。为超越此一困境,无疑需从重塑学校制度的德性立场、发展学生整体的反思能力、构建制度变革的外在支持等方面入手。
Competitive concepts diffuse in school now,which rooted in the dilemma of the school system. Specifically, it occurs from the building of the competitive concept category, orientation and content. In fact, its influence is not good for the development of individual, the building of relationship and the development of group. To go beyond this predicament,the moral standpoint of the school system must be reshaped,the student’s overall reflective ability must be developed,and the external support of system reform must be constructed.
