摘要 学生由被评价者向评价者的转变是发挥教学评价功能的一种体现。然而,此种身份的转变没能很好地发挥其所期许的功能,原因可能在于学生只是被"当做"主体来评价,而不是"作为"主体来评价。当然,面对教学评价实质缺失以及教学评价权受限的状况,学生成为教学评价主体存有一些困难。但是,从自主性、主动性及创造性出发,学生成为教学评价主体对于教学评价功能的发挥具有一定的作用。鉴于此,我们以教学评价教育作为一种让学生成为教学评价主体的可能的实践路径,并尝试从实践主体的职责、课程内容的增进以及评价制度的完善等方面来达成这一转变,以期更好地发挥教学评价促进学生发展的功能。 Students changed from the assesses to the rater is a reflection of playing the function of teaching evaluation. However,such changes fail to achieve the expectation of the function. The reason may be that the students are just subjects to assessment rather than“as”subjects to evaluation. There is no doubt that there are some difficulties in students to become the subjects in teaching evaluation,such as the limited right in teaching evaluation and the lack of the essence of teaching evaluation. From the perspective of independence,initiative and creativity,students becoming subjects in teaching evaluation play a role in teaching evaluation function. Because of this, we take the teaching evaluation’s education as a possible practice to help students become the subjects in teaching evaluation, to clarify the responsibilities of the practice subject,to enhance the course content and to improve the evaluation system in order to achieve this purpose.
