摘要
为了充分利用内地办学优势,为西藏社会、经济、文化等方面的发展培养人才,1985年内地西藏班(校)异地办学模式孕育而生。梳理该模式的发展历程,发现其特点鲜明,效应广泛,但存在的问题和困惑也逐渐凸显。结合湖南民族职业学院内地西藏班30年办学实践,从提高认识、完善体制、重视衔接、尊重需求等方面提出了完善该模式的建议。
In order to make full use of the advantages of the mainland teaching resources and to train talents for the development of Tibetan social,economic,cultural and other aspects,mainland Tibet class (school) in different places origined in 1985. Combing the development of the mode, we found its obvious characteristics and the wide effect, but a range of problems and confusion is also gradually highlighted. Based on the practice of 30 years of running mainland Tibet class,some suggestions are put forward in the aspects of raising awareness,improving the system,paying attention to the connection and respecting the needs.
