高校人才培养价值取向的冲突与融合 被引量:7

摘要 目前,高校在人才培养活动中遇到许多矛盾与冲突,其中,最主要的矛盾是人才培养个体价值与社会价值取向的冲突。高校人才培养既要促进个人发展,也要促进社会发展,个人与社会相融合才是适切的。高校应增强人才培养的灵活性与适应性,给学生提供更多的可选择性,在彰显社会价值取向的同时,进一步强化个体价值取向。 Currently many contradictions and conflicts have been appeared in personnel training in colleges & universities. The most important one is the conflict between the individual value orientation and the social value orientation. The personnel training in colleges & universities should promote not only the development of human,but also the progress of society. Only by this,the integration of individual and society is appropriate. In addition,the colleges & universities should enhance the flexibility and adaptability of personnel training,provide students with more choices,and further strengthen the individual value orientation with highlighting the social value orientation.
