摘要
本文利用三羟甲基氨基甲烷做还原剂和保护剂,通过调节三羟甲基氨基甲烷和Na OH的配比,改变反应温度,成功制备了稳定的银纳米粒子。所制备的银纳米粒径范围为5-40 nm,可以成功地用于比色检测L-谷氨酸。
TB was employed as a reducing agent and protective agent to prepare the silver nanoparticles in alkaline media. The stable silver nanoparticles were obtained by adjusting different conditions including the ratio of TB and Na OH, and temperature. The diameter of Ag NPs obtained was about 5 ~ 40 nm. In addition, we used the silver nanoparticles as a colorimetric probe to investigate its colorimetric capacity towards L-Glutamic acid.
