摘要
依据山西晋城王台铺矿的典型地质条件,针对一种巷硐式短壁工作面回采方案,通过三维数值方法模拟复合锚杆支护下巷硐围岩应力、位移、塑性区等参数,研究该短壁开采方案的合理性和其巷道的稳定性,为该类短壁工作面的掘进施工、安全回采及支护形式的选择提供理论依据,扩展了短壁开采的应用范围,具有良好的推广价值。
According to the typical geological condition of Wangtaipu coal mine of Jinchen in Shanxi, based on a shortwall face mining scheme of roadway-chamber, we simulate the stress, displacement and plastic region on composite bolting using three dimensional numerical method,and study the stability of roadways and the rationality of the shortwall face mining scheme. The results show that: the supporting structure fully coupled with surrounding rock,which can effectively reduced the zone of stress decreasing and turned surrounding rock to three dimensional stress state, and improved bearing strength of rock-to-support; pillar deformation lied on reasonable interval, so it can not appeared deformation instability; the nuclear zone in central pillar still ared in state of elastic stress,and had the high supporting strength, and other sites bearing shear-stress had higher residual strength. The research provided theoretical basis for tunneling construction, mining safety and selection of support forms on the similar shortwall face mining schemes, and also extended application range of shortwall face mining, which had well extended value.
