城市经济转型绩效评价——基于投入产出表和DEA模型的分析

Evaluation of Performance of Urban Economic Transformation:Based on Integrating the Input-Output Table and DEA Model Analysis

城市经济转型绩效是对城市经济转型效果和现状的描述,转型绩效评价可为制定经济政策提供客观有效的数据支持。通过对2007年上海和重庆42个部门原始投入产出表进行调整,得到包含一般产业部门、资源部门和民生相关部门的三大类25个部门的投入产出表,基于该表建立城市经济转型的评价指标体系,并结合DEA模型对城市经济转型绩效进行评价,具体分析两座城市的经济转型绩效水平、相同产业的效率差异及产生差异的原因。

Evaluating the performance of urban economic transformation is describing the effects and present conditions of the urban economic transformation, and the purpose of that evaluating is to offer support for formulating economic policy with objective and effective data. In this paper, after adjusting the original input-output table of 42 sectors of Shanghai and Chongqing in 2007, we got a new input- output table of 25 sectors, which included three major categories of the departments ： the general in- dustrial department, the resource department and the departments relating people＇ s livelihood. Basing on that new table, we produced the evaluating indicator system and combined it with the DEA model, and then we evaluated the performance of city economic transformation, analyzed the level of the per- formance of economic transformation of the two cities, the differences in efficiency between them and the cause of the difference.
