摘要
改革开放以来,我国西部农村基层民主政治建设步入了一个快速发展的历史时期,机遇与挑战并存。客观地分析西部农村基层民主政治建设的发展状况以及深层次制约因素、理性地探求新时期我国西部农村基层民主政治建设进一步发展完善的路径,对于今天西部农村社会的政治发展、社会进步,都有重大而现实的意义。
Since the reform and opening-up, the construction of basic democracy in west village have stepped into a history stage of rapid development, in which the opportunities and threats exist at the same time. We analyzed the development conditions and the deeply restrictive factors of the construc- tion of basic democracy in west village objectively and researched the path of further development and completion of the construction of basic democracy in west village of new era reasonably, which has im- portant and realistic significance on today＇ s political development and social progress in west village society.
