VSD应用于治疗急性坏死性筋膜炎的临床效果观察

Observation of the therapeutic effects of VSD on acute necrotizing fasciitis

目的:观察探讨VSD应用于治疗急性坏死性筋膜炎的临床疗效。方法:回顾分析我院2012年1月至2014年3月收纳的56例急性坏死性筋膜炎患者,对照组32例患者,仅进行常规传统治疗,观察组24例患者,在对照组基础治疗上,加用VSD治疗,其余条件保持相同;比较观察组和对照组换药次数、护理实践、痊愈情况及时间、不良反应等观察指标,对VSD的临床疗效进行评价。结果:观察组治愈率为95.83%,对照组治愈率为68.75%,观察组和对照组对比,治愈率显著增加(P<0.05),治愈时间明显缩短(P<0.05);换药次数、护理时数均明显缩短,均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);除在治疗过程出现轻微疼痛及偶尔创面渗血外,未出现明显不良反应。结论:对急性坏死性筋膜炎患者进行用负压辅助封闭技术治疗不仅可以达到与常规传统治疗疗效,且明显减轻急性坏死性筋膜炎患者痛苦,缩短治疗时间,缓解临床症状。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of VSD on acute necrotizing fasciitis. Methods： 56 cases of acute necrotizing fasciitis admitted to our hospital from January, 2012 to March, 2014 were divided into experimental group（n = 24） and control group（n = 32）. The control group was treated with traditional methods and the experimental group was treated with VSD in addition to the traditional methods. The number of dressing changes, nursing practice, and recovery time were observed and recorded to evaluate the clinicaltherapeutic effect of VSD. Results： The cure rate in experimental group（95.83%） was significantly higher than that（68.75%） in control group. The healing time was significantly shorter（P〈0.05）, and the number of dressing changes and nursing hours required were significantly reduced（P〈0.05） in experimental group compared to the control group.Conclusions： VSD treatment can significantly reduce the pain, shorten the recovery time, and improve the clinical symptoms of acute necrotizing fasciitis patients.
