静脉留置针有效固定方法的临床研究

Clinical studies of effective fixation methods of venous indwelling needle

目的:探讨静脉留置针有效固定方法,为减轻病人痛苦,提高护理工作效率找到客观科学依据。方法:将100例使用静脉留置针输液的住院患者随机分为实验组和对照组各50例。实验组静脉留置针先采用2 cm×6 cm 3M透明敷贴横贴固定留置针针孔,然后再用6 cm×7 cm 3M透明敷贴覆盖固定;对照组静脉留置针采用6 cm×7 cm 3M透明敷贴直接黏贴留置针进行固定。观察两组3 d内导管脱出、液体外渗、局部红肿、局部疼痛等方面的差异。结果:实验组静脉留置针导管脱出、液体外渗、局部红肿与对照组比较,两组间比较均具有显著差异性(P<0.01);实验组局部疼痛与对照组比较,两组间比较无显著差异性(P>0.05)。结论:采用2 cm×6 cm 3M透明敷贴横贴固定留置针针孔,然后再用6 cm×7 cm 3M透明敷贴覆盖固定方法可以减少导管脱出,减轻液体外渗和局部红肿。

Objective： To explore an effective method to fix the intravenous indwelling needle, and to evaluate the effectiveness of the methods in alleviating the suffering of patients and in improving the efficiency of nursing work. Methods： 100 hospitalized patients with intravenous indwelling needle transfusion were randomly divided into experimental and control groups, 50 cases in each group. In experimental group, the intravenous indwelling needle pinhole was fixed with 2 cm × 6 cm 3M transparent dressing cross-posted, then covered with 6 cm × 7 cm3 M transparent dressing, whereas in control group the intravenous indwelling needle was fixed directly with 6 cm × 7cm 3M transparent dressing. The differences of catheter extrusion, fluid extravasation, local swelling, local pain,and other aspects between the two groups were observed in 3 days. Results： The catheter extrusion, fluid extravasation, and local swelling occurred in experimental group were much less severe than those in control group（P 〈0.01）. There was no significant difference in local pain between the two groups（P 〉0.05）. Conclusion： The method using 2 cm × 6 cm 3M transparent dressing cross-posted to fix the intravenous indwelling needle pinhole in addition to using 6 cm × 7 cm 3M transparent dressing to cover can significantly reduce catheter extrusion and attenuate fluid extravasation and local swelling.
