延续性护理在出院哮喘患儿中的应用效果研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的:探讨延续性护理在出院哮喘患儿中的应用效果。方法:将87例出院哮喘患儿采用随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组44例,对照组43例,两组在院期间的治疗护理方法基本相同,观察组出院后对患儿及其家长采用延续性护理,对照组采取常规门诊随访及复查,随访1年后比较两组患儿家长的健康知识掌握程度、治疗依从性、哮喘控制、患儿生活质量以及疾病复发情况。结果::观察组家长在认知水平、信念和态度、行为方面的健康知识评分高于对照组,患儿的治疗依从性高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的哮喘控制评分高于对照组,在症状、活动、情感维度方面的生活质量评分高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:延续性护理能够提高哮喘患儿家长的健康知识掌握程度,有效控制哮喘发作,改善患儿的生活质量。 Objective: To investigate the effect of continuous nursing on children with asthma after discharge.Methods: 87 children with asthma were randomized into experimental group(44 cases) and control group(43cases). They were given the same treatment and nursing while in hospital. After discharge, experimental group received continuous nursing, while control group was given a regular clinical follow-up. The two groups were compared in regard to the mastery of asthma-related knowledge in parents, treatment compliance, asthma controlling, the quality of children's life, and the recurrence rate. Results: The scores of cognitive level,conviction and attitude, and the behaviors of asthma-related knowledge in parents were significantly higher in group receiving continuous nursing than in control group(P〈0.05). Treatment compliance and asthma controlling of experimental group were better than those of control group(P〈0.05). The dimensions of symptoms,activities, and emotion of the children's quality life were better than those of control group(P〈0.05). The recurrence rate of experimental group was lower than that of control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Continuous nursing can significantly expand asthma-related knowledge in parents of asthmatic children, effectively control asthma, and greatly improve the quality of life of the patients.
