综合护理干预对糖尿病足住院患者应用效果的Meta分析

Efficacy of the comprehensive nursing intervention on in-patients with diabetic foot: a Meta-analysis

目的:评价综合护理干预对糖尿病足(DF)住院患者的干预效果。方法:计算机检索Pub Med、SCI、Cochrane图书馆、中国维普全文数据库(VIP)和中国知网全文数据库(CNKI)等资源,收集对糖尿病足住院患者进行综合护理干预的随机对照试验,采用Rev Man5.3.3软件进行统计处理。结果:最终纳入文献12篇,包括909例研究对象。质量评价结果显示,12个研究偏倚控制合理。Meta分析结果显示,与常规护理相比,综合护理干预可有效改善临床疗效(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理方法是一种全面、系统的护理技术,对糖尿病足住院患者进行综合护理干预可提高糖尿病足患者的治愈率。

Objective： To evaluate the efficacy of the comprehensive nursing intervention on in-patients with diabetic foot. Methods： Randomized controlled trials（RCTs） of comprehensive nursing intervention on in-patients with diabetic foot were collected from Pub Med, SCI, Cochrane Library,VIP, and CNKI. Data were analyzed by Rev Man 5.3.3. Results： Twelve RCTs were included. Meta-analysis indicated that comprehensive nursing intervention could improve significantly the outcomes of patients compared with routine nursing（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Comprehensive nursing is a full-scale and systemic nursing technique, which can be used to enhance the recovery rate in in-patients with diabetic foot.
