A Review and Prospect of Researches into Intercultural Sensitivity

摘要全球化进程加速对有效的跨文化交际提出了不可轻视的挑战。本文回顾了国内外跨文化敏感度的相关研究,包括历史发展和相关理论,尤其是发展模型和测量方法,梳理了国内外学者从各个视角取得的硕果,在此基础上,对未来的研究趋势进行了一些预测。 The acceleration of globalization has posed a considerable challenge to the effective intercultural communication.This study provides a general survey of intercultural sensitivity,including its historic development,relevant theories,in particular,developmental models and measurement scales. It examines thoroughly the advances that scholars from home and abroad have reaped. In the end,the paper makes a prediction of the direction and focus of future research in this respect.
