区域经济发展视角下城市就业效应差异及成因——基于河北省面板数据的实证分析

Urban Employment Effects Differences and their Causes from the Perspective of the Regional Economic Development——Empirical Analysis Based on Panel Data of Hebei Province

从区域经济发展视角,研究河北省11个地级市就业效应差异及成因。结果表明,各区域经济增长的就业效应存在较大差异,影响就业效应的因素主要有地区生产总值、工业增加值、第三产业增加值、进出口总额等;同时也发现,区域经济的地区生产总值对就业起到了明显的促进作用;技术进步推动的工业发展抑制了当前的就业水平;各因素对不同区域经济就业效应的影响程度存在较大差异。因此,河北省各城市必须结合自身情况,根据比较优势理论调整发展结构,提高就业水平。

From the perspective of regional economic development, this paper studies the difference of employment effectsand their causes of the 11 cities in Hebei province. The results show that there is a big difference in the employment effectsof the regional economic growth, and the employment effects are influenced by GDP, industrial added value, the addedvalue of the tertiary industry, the gross import and export and so on. This paper also found that the GDP of regional economyhas played a significant role in promoting employment level, Industrial development promoted by technical progress restrainsthe employment level and the influence of these factors to the regional economic is quite different. Therefore, the cities ofHebei Province must combine its own situation and adjust the development of structure based on Comparative AdvantageTheory to improve the level of employment.
