摘要
抗战时期,随着抗日民族统一战线的确立,中共调整了对知识分子的任用政策。山东抗日根据地政府对小学教师进行了培训和改造,使得小学教师不仅从知识水平上得到提高,更重要的是从思想上确立了群众观念、劳动观念,积极参加农村社会活动,小学教师成为根据地建设的重要支撑,发挥了重要作用。
During the Anti-Japanese War, with the establishment of Anti-Japanese National United Front, the Communist Party of China adjusted the appointment policy of intellectuals. The government of Shandong Anti-Japaness Base trained and reformed primary school teachers, which improved them in knowleage. Besides, from thoughts, it established the concept of mass, labor and actively taking part in the rural social activities. Primary school teachers became the important support which exerted great influence.
