摘要
为提高焦丁和小烧结矿利用率,通过理论分析和实验研究了唐钢3 200m^3高炉焦丁混装对煤气利用的影响和大小烧结矿分装后料柱透气性的变化。研究结果表明,由单种粒级烧结矿颗粒组成的料床空隙度较大,而大小颗粒混合后则会降低散料层空隙度。随着在25~40mm的焦炭中混入焦丁比例的提高,料柱透气性恶化,当混入比例达40%时,料层压差增大约3倍。小焦丁与烧结矿依次进行分装与混装时,烧结矿还原度分别为86.66%和90.93%,且后者的焦炭溶损反应更为明显。
To improve the nut coke and returned ore use ratio,the influence of the nut coke mixing charging on the gas utilization was analyzed for the 3 200m^3 blast furnace in TangSteel Company,and the gas permeability change for sinter charging by size was discussed through theoretical analysis and experiment.The results showed that the porosity of packed bed containing single size sinter particles was relatively higher,while mixture of different size particles reduced the porosity.With the increase of nut coke ratio mixed in 25-40 mm coke bed,permeability of packed bed deteriorated,and pressure drop in packed bed increased about three times when mixing ratio reached40 %.As nut coke was charged with sinter by size and by mixing respectively,the reduction degrees of sinter were 86.66 % and 90.93 %。For the latter,the solution loss reaction of coke was more obvious.
