摘要
利用昆钢2 000m^3高炉技改契机,开展了2 000m^3高炉炉体破损调查工作,对高炉炉缸炉底耐材侵蚀情况进行调查,并对侵蚀线进行了测绘。通过对不同部位典型耐火材料进行取样分析,揭示了耐材破损的主要原因,同时提出了高炉长寿工作建议。
Take advantage of the opportunity of the 2 000 m^3 blast furnace shut down and taken technological modification in KISC,the damage investigation for the furnace body of 2 000m^3 blast furnace was carried out.During the investigation,the corrosion of refractories on blast furnace hearth and bottom was examined and surveyed and the corrosion line was surveyed.Through the sample analysis of typical refractories from different parts,the main reasons of refractories breakage were revealed,and some suggestions for the work of the blast furnace longevity were put forward.
