摘要
从轮辋、轮辐冷加工对钢板质量要求出发,经过不断试验,成功开发高等级汽车轮辋和轮辐用钢。轮辋用钢为Si-Mn-Cr系热轧双相钢,钢中马氏体体积分数约为10%,具有屈服强度低和均匀伸长率高的特点,确保了扩涨变形中无开裂现象。轮辐用钢为铁素体+贝氏体传统高强钢,组织均匀、无明显带状,钢中贝氏体体积分数为20%~25%。轮辐钢屈强比较轮辋钢高0.2~0.3,具有较好的抗疲劳性能。
On the basis of cold working requirements,high grade wheel rim steel and spoke steel were developed through experiments.The wheel rim steel was Si-Mn-Cr hot rolled DP steel with the characteristics of low yield strength and long homogeneous elongation to insure the product against fracture in expanding,in which the volume fraction of martensite was about 10 %.The spoke steel was conventional high strength steel with the uniform microstructure of ferrite and bainite and few banded structure,in which the volume fraction of bainite was about 20 %-25 %.The yield/strength ratio of spoke steel was 0.2-0.3higher than the wheel rim steel,which had excellent antifatigue resistance.
