摘要
为了了解激素处理对闽楠嫩枝扦插生根的影响,采用随机区组试验设计进行了研究。结果表明,在NAA、IBA、ABT-1~#3种生根促进剂进行比较表明,150 mg/L ABT-1~#对促进插穗生根及幼根生长的作用最大,效果最佳,根长和生根率分别为4.2 mm与67.4%。
In order to understand the effects of hormone treatments on rooting of softwood cuttings of Phoeb ebournei,randomized block experimental design was used for test. The results showed that The NAA, IBA, ABT-1~#three rooting promoter made for comparison showed that 150 mg/L ABT-1~#have maximum effect on promoting rooting of cuttings and roots growth, the effect is best, root length and rooting rate were 67.4% and 4.2 mm, respectively.
