摘要
德格-波特(Doege-Potter)综合征是胸膜孤立纤维瘤引起的伴瘤综合征,可分泌胰岛素类似物,导致低血糖症状发生。胸膜孤立纤维腺瘤患者多以局部缓慢生长性无痛肿块为临床表现,少数可伴咳嗽、呼吸困难及胸痛症状。低血糖好发于巨大肿瘤患者,平均肿瘤直径约为20 cm,且40.0%为恶性肿瘤。本文报道了1例Doege-Potter综合征引起低血糖昏迷患者的临床诊治经过,并结合文献复习,以期提高临床医生对该类疾病的认识。
Doege - Potter syndrome is induced by solitary fibrous tumor of the pleura （ SFTP ） . It leads to the secretion of insulin analogue and symptoms of hypoglycemia. Patients with solitary fibrous tumor of the pleura（ SFTP）are mainly featured with local and slow-growing lump without pain,and a few patients have cough,dyspnea and chest pain. Hypoglycemia is likely to occur in patients with giant tumors with an average diameter of 20 cm,where malignant tumor account for 40. 0%. The paper made a case report of hypoglycemic coma induced by Doege-Potter syndrome,covering the process of clinical diagnosis and treatment,and literature review was also made,in order to promote doctors＇understanding of the disease.
