轻质量型网片在中老年腹股沟疝无张力疝修补术中的应用价值

Application value of light quality mesh in middle aged and old patients of inguinal hernia without tension hernia repair

目的探讨轻质量型网片在中老年腹股沟疝无张力疝修补术中的应用价值。方法选择本院2013年3月~2014年9月收治的250例中老年腹股沟疝患者作为研究对象,根据所使用网片的不同分成对照组（124例）和观察组（126例）。对照组采用标准型网片,观察组采用轻质量型网片。比较两组的术后并发症发生率、住院时间、术后下床活动时间、手术费用、疝复发率、异物感发生率、疼痛发生率、活动受限及术区麻木感发生率。结果观察组的并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的住院时间、下床活动时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的手术费用显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的疝复发率、异物感发生率、远期疼痛发生率、早期及远期活动受限及术区麻木感发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论轻质量型网片在中老年腹股沟疝无张力疝修补术中的应用效果显著,可改善术后早期及远期不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application value of light quality mesh in middle aged and old patients of inguinal hernia without tension hernia repair.Methods 250 middle aged and old patients of inguinal hernia from March 2013 to September 2014 in our hospital were selected and divided into the control group（124 cases）and the observation group（126 cases）according to the different mesh used.The control group was given standard form mesh,the observation group was given light quality mesh.The incidence rate of postoperative complication,hospitalization time,postoperative activity time,operation cost and hernia recurrence rate,the incidence rate of foreign body feeling,pain incidence rate,the incidence rate of activity limitation and numbness of the operation area in the two groups was compared respectively.Results The incidence rate of complication in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference（P0.05）.The hospital stay and postoperative activity time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,with significant difference（P0.05）.The surgery cost in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference（P0.05）.The hernia recurrence rate,the incidence rate of foreign body feeling,forward pain incidence rate,the incidence rate of early and late activity limitation and numbness of the operation area in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion The application effect of light quality mesh in middle aged and old patients of inguinal hernia without tension hernia repair is significant,which can improve the adverse reaction of postoperative in early and forward stage,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
