小针刀治疗脑卒中后遗症踝内外翻的效果观察

Effect observation of small needle-knife in the treatment of ankle varus/valgus of stroke sequela

目的探讨小针刀治疗脑卒中后遗症踝内外翻的效果。方法选取2011年11月~2014年12月本院收治的50例脑卒中后遗症踝内外翻患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各25例。对照组给予常规康复治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上配合小针刀进行治疗,比较两组的总有效率、Barthel评分及不良反应发生率。结果观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组治疗后的Barthel评分显著高于治疗前及对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论小针刀治疗脑卒中后遗症踝内外翻效果确切,可有效改善患者的踝关节活动度,提高生活质量,安全性高,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the effect of small needle-knife in the treatment of ankle varus/valgus of stroke sequela.Methods 50 patients with ankle varus/valgus of stroke sequela from November 2011 to December 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with regular rehabilitation,the observation group was treated with small needle-knife on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,Barthel score and the incidence rate of adverse reaction in the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference（P0.05）.The score of Barthel after treatment in the observation group was higher than that before treatment and in the control group,with significant difference（P0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reaction between two groups.Conclusion The effect of small needle-knife in the treatment of ankle varus/valgus of stroke sequela is definite,which can effectively improve mobility of ankle joint as well as quality of life,the safety is high,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
