腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗子宫肌瘤的效果比较

Effect comparison of laparoscopic surgery and open surgery in the treatment of hysteromyoma

目的比较腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗子宫肌瘤的效果。方法选取本院2012年1月~2015年1月收治的100例子宫肌瘤患者作为研究对象,随机分为腹腔镜组及开腹组,各50例。比较两组的手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量、术后下床时间、排气时间、发热时间、疼痛时间、治疗总有效率、肌层愈合率及并发症发生率。结果腹腔镜组的术中出血量显著少于开腹组,住院时间显著短于开腹组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。腹腔镜组术后的下床时间、排气时间、发热时间及疼痛时间显著短于开腹组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组的总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。腹腔镜组的肌层愈合率显著高于开腹组,术后并发症发生率显著低于开腹组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论腹腔镜手术在不降低子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗效果的同时,能够有效降低术后并发症发生率,且易于患者术后恢复。

Objective To compare the effect of laparoscopic surgery and open surgery in the treatment of hysteromyoma.Methods 100 cases with hysteromyoma from January 2012 to January 2015 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the laparoscopic group and the open group,50 cases in each group.The operation time,hospital stay,bleeding volume during operation,postoperative activity time,exhausting time,fever time,pain time,total effective rate of treatment,muscular healing rate and incidence rate of complication in two groups was compared.Results The bleeding volume during operation in the laparoscopic group was less than that in the open group,the hospital stay in the laparoscopic group was shorter than that in the open group,with significant difference（P0.05）.Postoperative activity time,exhausting time,fever time and pain time in the laparoscopic group was shorter than that in the open group,with significant difference（P0.05）.There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between two groups（P0.05）.The muscular healing rate in the laparoscopic group was higher than that in the open group,the incidence rate of complication in the laparoscopic group was lower than that in the open group,with significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complication without reducing therapy effect,and is easy to recovery after surgery.
