肋骨带外固定加外敷万伤接骨膏治疗单纯性肋骨骨折的临床分析

Clinical analysis of ribs with external fixation combined with external injury bone paste in treating simple rib fracture

目的分析肋骨带外固定加外敷万伤接骨膏治疗单纯性肋骨骨折的临床治疗效果。方法选取我院2013年5月~2015年5月收治的72例单纯性肋骨骨折患者,按入院顺序分成研究组与对照组,每组36例,对照组单纯应用肋骨带外固定,研究组在此基础上予以万伤接骨膏外敷治疗,分析两组患者肿胀指数及疼痛评分。结果研究组患者治疗后第2、4、6、14天的肿胀指数与疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论肋骨带外固定加外敷万伤接骨膏治疗单纯性肋骨骨折效果显著,具有临床推广应用价值。

Objective To analysis the clinical effect of ribs with external fixation combined with external injury bone paste in treating simple rib fracture.Methods 72 simple rib fracture patients from May 2013 to May 2015 of our hospital were selected.Patients were divided into study group and control group according to order of hospitalization,and each group was 36 cases.Patients in control group were only given ribs with external fixation and patients in study group were given external injury bone paste on the basis of control group.Swelling index and pain score between two groups were analyzed.Results The swelling index and pain scorein study group was lower than that of control group respectively after treatment for the 2nd,4th,6th,14 thdays,and the difference was statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion The effect of ribs with external fixation combined with external injury bone paste in treating simple rib fracture,and it is obvious and worth to popularize in clinic.
