情景模拟法在手术室实习护士带教培训中的应用效果观察 被引量:13

摘要 目的探讨情景模拟法在手术室实习护士带教培训中的应用效果。方法选取本院2014年9~12月采取常规教学法培训的30名实习护士作为对照组,选取本院2015年3~5月采用情景模拟法培训的30名实习护士作为观察组。两组采用同样标准的考核方式和标准,比较两组的考核成绩。结果观察组的操作技能得分与理论成绩得分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。观察组的教学满意率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。观察组的护理工作沟通能力评分与团队协作评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论情景模拟法教学能够加强实习护士的动手能力和综合应用理论知识的能力,提升实习护士的专业素养。 Objective To explore the application effect of situational simulation exercise in the teaching training of operating practice nurses.Methods 30 practice nurses accepted conventional teaching method as training from September2014 to December in our hospital were selected as the control group.30 practice nurses accepted situational simulation exercise as training from March 2015 to May were selected as the observation group.The same standard evaluation method and criteria were used for two groups.Examination achievement of two groups was compared.Results The score of operation skill and the score of theoretical examination in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference(P0.05).The teaching satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with significant difference(P 0.05).The score of nursing work communication ability and teamwork score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion The situational simulation exercise for teaching can strengthen the practical ability and integrated use theoretical knowledge ability of practice nurses,which can enhance the professional qualities of practice nurses.
