Establishing clinical pathway to enhance gynaecology nursing management

With the improvement of people′s cultural knowledge level,the health consciousness is also growing.This directly cause that people have more and more high requirement for hospital care.High quality nursing has become utmost importance problems in the hospital development management,some hospitals even take the nursing service into core competitiveness of the hospital.Gynecological nursing is an important part of clinical care,but there are many security hidden trouble in current gynecological care.Establishing clinical pathway can strengthen gynaecology nursing management,provide more secure environment for patients,reflect the patient-centered nursing concept.In improving the quality of nursing,it also can reduce the medical disputes at the same time,meet the needs of the market and improve the hospital reputation.This paper starts from the concept of clinical nursing,analysis the common safety problems and nursing problem in current gynaecology nursing and detailed discussion construction process of the clinical pathway and practical application of related theory in gynaecology nursing.
