摘要
综述了各种现场布氏硬度的检测方法、检测仪器及其应用特点,主要介绍了动态及静态加力的便携式布氏硬度计和摇臂式、门式大型现场布氏硬度机,还介绍了在线自动硬度检测方面的最新技术——测深法快速布氏硬度检测方法,以及两个硬度自动检测线案例,最后介绍了具有100%自动识别能力的布氏硬度压痕自动测量装置。新型现场布氏硬度在线检测设备的使用可提高企业的质量管理水平,促进相关产品的技术进步。
Various testing methods and testing instruments of Brinell hardness test and their application characteristics were summarized.Portable Brinell hardness testers of dynamic and static type force application,rocker arm type and bridge type Brinell hardness testing machines,the state of the art depth measuring rapid Brinell hardness testing method for online automatic hardness inspection,and two applications of automatic Brinell hardness testing pipeline were introduced.The automatic Brinell indentation measuring device with 100% automatic recognition rate was also introduced.The application of new type in-field online testing equipments for Brinell hardness inspection can improve the quality management of enterprises and bring technical progresses of relevant products.
