摘要 传统渗碳层深度的检测都需要切割破坏零件制备金相试样,然后通过金相法或显微硬度法测试出渗碳层深度,虽然该类检测方法的试验结果比较准确但是成本高、效率低,很难跟上高效率流水线热处理生产设备对产品质量检测的节奏。该文主要介绍了某进口LD3000AF型硬度计用于渗碳层深度在线检测的测试原理、使用方法、辅助工装设计以及实际应用事例,证实该设备能准确无损地测试出渗碳零件的渗碳层深度,大大提高了日常生产的检测效率,同时降低了检测成本。 Traditional carburized case depth test methods all need to cut samples from the products and prepare metallurgraphic samples,and then by metallurgraphic method or testing microhardness to get the carburized case depth.The results of these traditional methods are rather accurate,but they could hardly meet the quality testing pace on the products of high efficiency heat treatment machine because of their poor efficiency and high cost.The test principle,application method,auxiliary fixture design and actual application case of an imported LD3000 AF type hardness tester when used for carburized case depth test,were introduce.It was proved that by the equipment,the carburized case depth could be tested accurately without destroying the part.The test efficiency could be improved greatly,while the test cost could be reduced.
