摘要
目的观察温经汤治疗子宫内膜异位症(EMs)的疗效及对机体免疫功能的影响。方法将70例EMs患者随机分为观察组和对照组各35例。对照组给予米非司酮治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予温经汤口服。观察2组治疗后的疗效,治疗前后囊肿最大直径、痛经评分、痛经时间、白细胞介素(IL)-2、IL-4、IL-10、干扰素(INF)-γ、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+和NK细胞比例的变化。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗前囊肿最大直径、痛经评分、痛经时间、IL-2、IL-4、IL-10、INF-γ、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+和NK细胞比例比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);2组治疗后囊肿最大直径、痛经评分、痛经时间、IL-4、IL-10、CD4+和CD4+/CD8+均较治疗前明显降低(P均<0.05),而IL-2、INF-γ、CD8+和NK水平均较治疗前明显升高(P均<0.05),且观察组各指标的改善情况均明显优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论温经汤治疗EMs的疗效显著,其机制可能与纠正Th1/Th2比例和T细胞亚群比例失衡有关。
Objective It is to observe the efficacy of Wenjing decoction on endometriosis (EMs) and their effect on immune function. Methods 70 patients with EMs were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group had 35 cases. The control group were given mifepristone, observation group were given Wenjing decoction on the basis of the control group. Efficacy were observed after treatment, the levels of cyst maximum diameter, dysmenorrhea score, dysmenor-rhea time, interleukin (IL) -4, IL - 10, IL -2, interferon (INF) -γ, and the ratio of CD4 + , CD8 + , CD4+/CD8 + and NK cell were also observed before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The levels of cyst maximum diameter, dysmenorrhea score, dysmenorrhea time, IL-4, IL- 10, IL-2, INF -γ, and the ratio of CD4 +, CD8 +, CD4 +/CD8 + and NK were not significantly different before treatment between the two groups (P 〉 0.05). After treatment, the levels of cyst maximum diameter, dysmenorrhea score, dysmenorrhea time, IL - 4, IL - 10, CD4+, CD4+/CD8 + were significantly lower than those before treatment ( P 〈 0.05 ) , the levels of IL - 2, INF -γ, CD8 + and NK were significantly higher compared with those before treatment ( P 〈 0.05) , and the reduced or increased levels in observation group were more significant compared with those in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Efficacy of Wenjing decoction on EMs is obvious, their mechanism may be related with correcting the imbalance of Th1/Th2 and T cell subsets ratio.
