摘要
目的:利用响应面法优化沙枣叶黄酮的提取工艺。方法:在单因素试验基础上,选择料液比、提取时间、提取温度及提取p H值为考查因素,采用响应曲面法优化提取工艺条件。结果:最优提取工艺:料液比1∶16、提取时间8h、提取温度60℃、提取p H值为8。结论:采用该提取工艺所得总黄酮提取率为6.49%,与响应曲面拟合所得方程预测值6.52%符合良好。
Objective To optimize the process for flavnonoids extraction from the leaves of Elaeagnu sangustifolia L. Methods A series of single - factor experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of extraction time, extraction pH and temperature, and liquid - to - solid ratio on flavnonoids yield. And response surface analysis experiments were conducted by using the design - expert 8. 0 software. Results The optimal extraction conditions were found as follows: liquid -material ratio of 16:1 for an extraction time of 8h, and extraction pH of 8 at 60℃. Conclusion Under the conditions, the yield of flavonoids was 6.49%.
