HPLC法测定平喘抗炎胶囊中槲皮素与山柰酚的含量

Quantitative Determination of Quercetin and Kaempferol in Pingchuan Kangyan Capsules by HPLC

目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定平喘抗炎胶囊中槲皮素和山柰酚含量的方法。方法：色谱柱为KromasilC-8柱（4．0mm×250mm，5．00μm）：甲醇-0．1％磷酸溶液（50：50）为流动相；流速：1．0ml／min；检测波长360nm；检测温度：室温。结果：槲皮素、山柰酚分别在0．0634～1．268μg和0．0307—0．614μg范围内具有良好线性关系，平均回收率分别为98．14％（RSD=2．15％）和97．03％（RSD=1．08％）。结论：该法准确、灵敏，可用于平喘抗炎胶囊中槲皮素和山柰酚的含量测定。

Objective To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneously determination of quercetin and kaempferol in pingchuan kangyan capsules. Methods The HPLC analysis was carried out on Kromasil C18 （ 250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm） with a mixture of methanol -0. 1% phosphate （50：50） as the mobile phase. The determination wavelength was set at 360nm with the flow rate of 1.0ml· min^-1. The column temperature was set at room temperature. Result The quercetin and kaempferol showed good linearity in the range of 0. 0634 - 1. 268μg and 0. 0307 - 0. 614μg respectively. The average recovery rate of quercetin and kaempferol were 98.14% （RSD =2. 15% ） and 97.03% （RSD = 1.08% ） respectively. Conclusions The method is simple and accurate. It can be used for the content determination of quercetin and kaempferol in pingchuan kangyan capsules.
