改良血管冲洗液在内瘘手术30例中的应用

The Study on the Application of Modified Blood Vessel Flushing Fluid in Internal Fistula Operation

目的:观察改良血管冲洗液在内瘘手术中的应用效果。方法:选取建立血管通路的60例患者为研究对象,均行标准内瘘,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组以常规血管冲洗液进行冲洗,观察组以改良血管冲洗液进行冲洗,比较两组血管痉挛发生率及手术前后的内瘘血流指标。结果:观察组治疗后的血管痉挛发生率明显低于对照组,术后的内瘘血流指标明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义P<0.05,两组均无不良反应发生。结论:改良血管冲洗液在内瘘手术中的应用效果较好,对于改善血流及降低血管痉挛均发挥着积极的作用。

Objective To study and observe the application effect of modified blood vessel flushing fluid in internal fistula op- eration. Methods 60 patients with establishment of vascular access were selected as study object, and they were all with stand- ard internal fistula, and they were .all randomly divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases in each group, the control group were flushed with conventional blood vessel flushing fluid, the observation group were flushed with modified blood vessel flushing fluid, then the vasospasm rates and fistula blood flow indexes before and after the operation were compared. Re- suits The vasospasm rate of observation group was obviously lower than that of control group, and the fistula blood flow indexes after the operation were all obviously higher than those of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） , there were significant differences between those indexes of two groups after the operation, and the two groups both had no adverse reaction. Conclusion The application effect of modified blood vessel flushing fluid in internal fistula operation are better, and it has active clinical role for the improve- ment of blood flow and decrease of vasospasm.
