中小企业人力资源因素与企业经营绩效的典型相关分析——基于广东顺德中小企业的实证分析

摘要 随着珠三角地区近年来越演越烈的"用工荒"现象,基于对位于珠三角、经济较发达的400家顺德中小企业实地调研,得知作为人力资源主要因素的工资水平情况、招工难易程度的情况、员工稳定性的情况、和劳动合同的签订与企业的经营绩效密切相关。因此,企业寻求发展,需要促进实现产业升级转移,改变以廉价劳动力赚取低利润的发展模式;另外,企业与政府应出台优惠政策,吸引并留住人才,确保员工的稳定性;并规范法制管理,保障员工的合法利益。
