摘要
研究了扰动土和原状土对乳制品废水总氮的去除情况.结果表明,9和10月2次试验中,乳制品废水经扰动土处理后,总氮平均浓度从122.85 mg/L减少到13.48 mg/L,平均去除率为89.03%;经原状土处理后,从122.85 mg/L减少到21.81 mg/L,平均去除率为82.25%.扰动土壤显著增加了总氮的去除率.处理前扰动土和原状土平均含氮量都为1.037 g/kg,处理后变为0.820和0.915 g/kg,分别减少了0.217和0.122 g/kg.本研究过程中,氮素主要转化成氮气排放到大气中或以硝态氮的形式存在于深层土壤中,扰动土处理和原状土处理氮素平均转化量分别为0.326和0.223 g/kg,平均流失率分别为27%和20%.由以上数据可得,土壤对乳制品废水中总氮去除作用比较明显,其中扰动土的去除率高于原状土,扰动土壤能提高对乳制品废水总氮的去除率.利用土壤处理乳制品废水,相比传统方法对总氮的去除率高,而且投资少,操作简单,维护方便,是一种处理乳制品废水的有效方法.
The removal efficiency of TN( total nitrogen) from dairy wastewater was studied with disturbed and undisturbed soils.The results show that in September and October,the average TN concentration in wastewater is decreased from 122.85 mg / L to 13.48 mg / L after treatment with disturbed soil,and the removal efficiency is 89.03%.After treatment with undisturbed soil,and the removal efficiency is 82.25%.The TN removal efficiency has a significant difference between disturbed and undisturbed soils.The average nitrogen content of soil is 1.037 g / kg before treatment,and that of disturbed and undisturbed soils are 0.820 and 0.915 g/kg after treatment,decreased by 0.217 and 0.122 g / kg.During the experiment,the fate of nitrogen are atmosphere and deep layer soil or groundwater,so the average loss of nitrogen in disturbed and undisturbed soils are 0.326 and 0.223 g / kg,and the loss rates are 27% and 20% respectively.It can be concluded from the data above that the disturbed and undisturbed soils have different TN removal efficiencies.Soil treating system has a higher TN removal efficiency than traditional methods with less investment,simple operation,and easy maintenance.
