生理活性物质复合制剂对低温胁迫烟草植株光合活性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以烟草K326、云87为材料,对生理活性物质复合制剂改善遭遇低温逆境胁迫烟草植株光合活性的生理效果进行了评价。结果表明:低温逆境遭遇期间和常温生长恢复期间,复合制剂处理的植株在低温逆境响应及常温生长恢复方面明显优于对照,植株的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔传导度(Gs)、胞间CO_2浓度(Ci)、蒸腾速率(Tr)和叶绿素荧光参数最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、PSII量子产量(ΦPSII)、表观电子传导率(ETR)、非光化学淬灭(NPQ)的变化均优于对照;表明该复合制剂可减轻低温逆境对烟草植株光合作用的抑制作用,改善植株烟草低温逆境抗性。 K326 and Yun87 were used to investigate the improvement effects of plant physiological active substance compound preparation on the photosynthetic activity of tobacco plants under chilling stress in this research. The results showed that both the response to chilling stress and the recovery at normal temperature of plants treated by compound preparation were significantly better than the control plants, as the index including net photosynthetic rate(Pn), stomatal conductance(Gs), and intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci), transpiration rate(Tr) and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters involving the maximal photochemical efficiency(Fv/Fm), PSII quantum yield(ΦPSII), apparent electron transport rate(ETR) and non-photochemical quenching(NPQ) indicated. This compound preparation could decrease chilling-induced photoinhibition, and improve chilling resistance of tobacco.
