东兴市边境贸易发展与建设用地变化的关联研究

Relationship between Border Trade Development and Construction Land Change in Dongxing

为了揭示东兴市边境贸易与建设用地变化之间的关系,明确该市边境贸易发展水平对建设用地变化的影响,以该市2003-2012年土地利用变更调查数据等为资料,采用SPSS软件对这10 a间该市边境贸易发展情况与建设用地变化情况进行了相关性分析。结果表明,10 a间东兴市边境贸易总额与建设用地面积均呈增长趋势,且表现出显著的正相关性;其中,边境贸易发展变化是建设用地结构变化的直接动因;从建设用地结构来看,伴随着边境贸易额的增长,该市城镇村及工矿用地面积和交通运输用地面积随之增长。在此基础上,提出了应科学调整,合理规划,制定全市建设用地变化与边境贸易发展的协调策略的建议。

With the development of the ASEAN Free Trade Area and the common understanding and implementation of the development strategy of ＂two corridors and one circle＂, China-Vietnam border trade development would usher in more development opportunities. To explore and analyze the interactive relationship between border trade development and change in construction land could be conducive to making scientific and reasonable land supply policy and optimizing the layout of construction land in border areas. This study was conducted to analyze the development of border trade and the change of construction land in 10 years from 2003 to 2012 of Dongxing City, and to reveal the relationship between border trade and land use changes and the impact of the development level of border trade on the construction land in Dongxing by the use of SPSS software. The study found that the change of border trade has shown a significant correlation with the change of land use including transportation, water conservancy facilities, urban village, and industrial and mining land, and the border trade development has been a direct cause of construction land structure change. The results showed that the development of border trade has had a certain correlation with the change of construction land in Dongxing, so the border trade development should be combined with the actual situation of reasonable regulation of construction land use pattern and structure.
