锁骨解剖锁定钢板对不稳定锁骨骨折患者肩关节功能的影响

Effect of clavicle anatomic locking plate on shoulder joint function in patients with unstable clavicle fracture

目的探讨锁骨解剖锁定钢板对不稳定锁骨骨折患者肩关节功能的影响。方法回顾性分析不稳定锁骨骨折患者52例,根据不同手术方法将其分为两组,观察组27例,采用锁骨解剖锁定钢板内固定术;对照组25例,采用锁骨钩钢板内固定术。结果观察组手术时间明显高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组骨折愈合时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组肩关节外展上举角、内收角、后伸角、内旋角、外旋角与Constant-Murley肩关节评分均明显高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论锁骨解剖锁定钢板可显著改善不稳定锁骨骨折患者的肩关节功能,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study effect of the clavicle anatomic locking plate on shoulder joint function in patients with unstable clavicle fracture. Methods A retrospective analysis of 52 orthopedic inpatients in our hospital with unstable clavicular fracture was done. According to different operation methods patients were divided into two groups, the observation group of 27 cases, the clavicle anatomic locking plate fixation, the control group, 25 cases with clavicular hook plate fixation. Results Operation time observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, the more similar between the two groups have statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）, while the fracture healing time is similar between the two groups has no statistical significanee（P 〉 0.05）, the observation group lift on shoulder abduction angle, adduetion angle and back angle, the swing angle and swing angle and Constant - Mudey shoulder joint score were significantly higher than that of control group, comparing the two groups statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clavicle anatomic locking plate significantly improve shoulder joint function in patients with unstable clavicular fracture and is worthy of clinical promotion.
