摘要
良好的沟通是影响临终老人生命质量的重要因素之一。临终关怀的内涵决定了沟通的必要性,沟通贯穿老人临终关怀的全过程。工作人员需要遵守临终关怀沟通的基本原则,针对患病临终老人及其家属的不同心理发展阶段采取相应的沟通策略。
Good communication is one of the important elements affecting the life quality of dying oldpeople. The connotation of hospice care determines that communication is very necessary throughout thewhole process. Staff should observe the basic principles of hospice care communication, and adopt corre-sponding communication strategy according to different psychological development stages of dying old peo-ple as well as their family members.
