指出创新的现实意义,分析海南大学培养机械创新型人才的探索与成功经验,提出培养热带区域机械创新型人才的建议与措施。
This paper points out the practical significance of innovation. On the basis of this, the paper puts forward the suggestions and measures of cultivating the innovative talents of mechanical creative talents with the exploration and successful experience of Hainan University in cultivating innovative talents.Provide a reference for other schools to cultivate innovative talents, especially in the tropical regions.
