摘要
以28份花生品种(系)为供试材料,采用水培方法,研究了不同盐浓度下花生种子萌发特性。结果表明:不同盐浓度、不同花生品种种子萌发特性不同,随盐浓度的升高,花生种子盐害率增加,发芽势、相对发芽指数降低;同时依据不同盐浓度下花生品种耐盐性及其相关萌发指标差异,确定0.5%~0.7%盐浓度可作为花生品种萌发期耐盐性筛选鉴定的适宜浓度。通过聚类分析方法可将花生品种耐盐性分为四类,其中高度耐盐型品种6个,分别为花育25、花育36、365—2、海花1号、豫花9号和花育28。高度敏感型品种3个,分别为花育33、白沙1016和粤油85。
With seeds of 28 peanut varieties (lines) as material, hydroponic experiment was car- ried out to study the relationship between character of seed germination and salt stress. The results showed: As the salt concentration increased, the rate of salt injury in peanut seeds increased, the ger- mination energy index and the germinability reduced. According to the percentage figure of peanut salt resistance on different salt concentrations, the optimal concentration for evaluating salinity tolerance between 0.5% and 0.7% was suitable. Peanut varieties salt resistance was divided into 4 categories through the cluster analysis. 6 varieties were with high salt tolerance: Huayu25, Huayu36, 365--2, Haihual, Yuhua9 and Huayu28 respectively. 3 varieties were highly sensitive: Huayu33, Baishal016 and Yueyou85 respectively.
