Construction of Preserving the Party's Progressiveness and Purity Among Undergraduate CPC Members

党的先进性和纯洁性是党的立身之本。大学生党员是党的队伍的重要组成部分,是党的自身建设和中国特色社会主义建设事业的生力军。但是,国际国内形势的深刻变化对大学生的思想观念和行为取向产生了显著的影响。部分学生党员出现了入党动机多样、理想信念模糊、服务意识淡化、组织纪律性淡薄、先锋模范作用不明显、对自身要求低、在入党后急剧退化等现象,严重损害了党员队伍的先进性和纯洁性。文章介绍了高校学生党建工作存在的问题、剖析了其深层次成因,并就如何开展大学生党员队伍先进性和纯洁性建设方面提出了针对性的建议与对策。

The party＇s vitality lies in the party＇s progressiveness and purity. Undergraduate CPC mem- bers, an important part of the party, are the main force of party building and socialist construction with Chinese characteristics. However, swift changes of domestic and international situation have made a significant influence on college students＇ ideology and orientation of conduct. Problems among undergraduate CPC members, such as diversified motivation to join the party, vague faith, weakened service awareness, lack of discipline and awareness of playing the pioneering pole, low self-request standard, will definitely undermine our party＇ s progressiveness and purity. This paper first investigates problems existing in col- lege party building, then analyzes the underlying factors, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to preserve undergraduate CPC members＇ progressiveness and purity.
