铁酸镁对Fe_2O_3压团还原过程的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以纯试剂为原料采用固相合成法,用等摩尔比的Fe_2O_3和MgO,在1280℃、于空气气氛下烧结合成铁酸镁,研究了铁酸镁压团在拟定还原制度下对赤铁矿还原各阶段还原产物的影响。研究表明:在Fe_2O_3还原到Fe_3O_4阶段,形成了铁酸镁晶格结构类型的固溶体,稳定了铁酸镁晶格;在Fe_2O_3还原到FexO阶段,形成大量的镁质浮氏体,而残留的铁酸镁中,铁以不同化合价存在于其中;在Fe_2O_3还原到Fe阶段,铁酸镁被分解为两相,分别是金属铁和氧化镁,且对产物铁的晶格结构无影响。最终探明了铁酸镁在Fe_2O_3压团还原过程中的行为规律。 By using the method of solid-state synthesis with pure reagents as raw materials,Fe2O3 with equal molar MgO were sintered in air to compound MgFe2O4 at 1 280℃ ,and the influence of MgFe2O4 on reduction products at different stage of hematite reduction under the proposed reduction system was studied. The study shows that, at the stage of Fe2O3 being reduced to Fe304 , solid solution of magnesium ferrite lattice structure is formed and the magnesium ferrite lattices are stabilized. At the stage of Fe2O3 being reduced to F% O, a large number of magnesium-containing wustite is formed, and iron exists in residual magnesium ferrite as compounds of different valence states. At the stage of Fe2O3 being reduced to Fe, magnesium ferrite is decomposed into two phases : one is metal iron and the other is magnesium oxide, and it has no influence on lattice structure of product iron. The behavior of MgFe2O4 during reduction process of Fe2O3 briquetting was finally clarified.
