子宫阔韧带内良性间皮囊肿一例 被引量：2

摘要 1 临床资料 患者 女,30岁, 因体检发现盆腔包块4个月, 于2015年4月27日入住西安交通大学第一附属医院妇产科. 既往无结核病史、手术史、吸烟史和家族遗传病史. 月经史：初潮13岁,经期3 d,周期28 d,末次月经：2015年4月21日;生育史：2000年足月自然分娩一男活婴.入院查体：生命体征平稳,心肺无明显异常.腹平软,无压痛、反跳痛,未 及明显包块. 专科检查：外阴、阴道、宫颈未见异常. 子宫后位,正常大小,形态规则,表面光滑,活动度好,无压痛.
