Quantitative Analysis Method of Cell Morphology of Plant Storage Tissue

[目的]为了建立植物贮藏组织细胞的形态定量分析方法。[方法]利用Photoshop软件处理显微形态图片,借助形态分析软件定量测定细胞形态参数。[结果]该方法首先详细介绍了如何利用Photoshop软件获得只含有细胞壁轮廓的显微图片过程,然后利用形态分析软件定量测定细胞的面积、圆度、长轴和短轴等形态特征。[结论]该方法不仅克服采用常规方法对植物贮藏细胞形态分析结果不准确等的缺陷,而且适用于采用不同样品制备方法获得的显微结构图。

[Objective] A quantitative analysis method was established to accurately analyze the cell morphology of plant storage tissue. [ Method] Microphotograph was treated by Photoshop software, and cell morphology was quantitatively analyzed by morphology analysis software. [ Resuh ] The method firstly introduced the detail processes to obtain the microphotograph with only cell wall by Photoshnp software. The cell morphology, such as area, roundness, long axis and short axis, was quantitatively investigated using morpholngy analysis software. [ Conclusion ] The method is not unly more accurate with quantitative analysis of the cell morphology of plant storage lissue than the routine method, but also applicable to the microphotographs obtained from different sample preparation methods.
