不同钙肥处理对金冠苹果品质的影响

Effect of Different Calcium Fertilizer Treatment on the Quality of Golden Delicious Apples

[目的]研究不同钙肥处理对金冠苹果品质的影响。[方法]以金冠果树为试材,在套袋前及套袋前、摘袋后分别喷施不同种类的钙肥:氨基酸钙、荷皇液钙,分析不同钙肥处理对金冠苹果果肉、果皮钙含量和果实品质的影响。[结果]对金冠果树喷施氨基酸钙和荷皇液钙,其果皮、果肉的钙含量明显高于对照;喷钙后单果重增加,果形指数和去皮硬度增大,可溶性固形物和总糖含量增大,Vc含量提高,但果实的可滴定酸含量下降。[结论]不同钙肥间,喷施氨基酸钙的效果最好,荷皇液钙次之,并且套袋前、摘袋后喷施钙肥的处理对金冠果实品质的影响极为显著,明显好于对照。

[ Objective ] Effect of different calcium fertilizer treatment on the quality of Golden Delicious apples was studied. [ Method ] The paper took Golden Delicious apples as the materials, spraying continuously the different calcium fertilizations which are the amino acid calcium and the liquids calcium on the apple at the time before bagged and after picking bags. The quality change of Golden Delicious apples by different calcium fertilizers and the Ca content in flesh and peel were studied. [ Result] The results showed that spraying calcium fertilizer to Golden Delicious apples, Ca content in flesh and peel was significantly higher than that of control. Calcium fertilizer could increase single fruit weight, the indexes of fruit shape （ width/length）, fruit firmness, soluble solids, the total sugar and Vc, while the contents of titratable acid de- creased. [ Conclusion] Among all the tested calcium fertilizers, amino acid calcium has best effect, followed by liquids calcium. Spraying calcium before bagged and after picking bags has significant influence on fruit quality.
