摘要
[目的] 研究水稻种子储藏时的最佳ABA处理浓度,为水稻生产提供理论依据。[方法]以Y两优2号、徽两优630和早籼802为材料,利用不同浓度的外源植物激素ABA溶液进行浸种处理,观测其对水稻种子萌发的影响;并用不同浓度ABA 溶液喷施于稻苗上,调查稻苗的生长情况。[结果]低浓度的ABA(10 mg/L)处理水稻种子对其萌发有促进作用,并能有效控制根和芽的伸长生长,高浓度ABA(50~90 mg/L)对种子萌发和根、芽的伸长生长具有明显的抑制作用。ABA 抑制苗高生长的强度因其浓度高低而异,ABA 浓度愈高,对苗的抑制作用愈强。[结论]了解外源激素ABA对水稻种子萌发的影响,进而掌握水稻种子萌发所需的条件,对于保证水稻高产稳产具有实践指导意义。
[ Objective ] The aim was to clear the best concentration of ABA treatment of rice seed under storage condition, and provide theoretical basis for rice production. [ Method] Three rice varieties, including Y Liangyou 2, Huiliangyou 630 and Zaoxian 802 were treated by soaking seeds with different concentrations of abscisie acid (ABA) to study the effect of ABA on seed germination. [ Result] The results showed that the low concentration of ABA (10 mg/L) treatment of rice seed had a promoting effect on the germination, and could effectively control the growth of root and shoot elongation, high concentration of ABA (50 -90 mg/L) had significant inhibitory effect on seed germina- tion and root growth, shoot elongation. The intensity that ABA inhibited the growth of the seedlings were varied because of its concentration, ABA concentration was higher, the inhibitory effect on the seedling was stronger. [ Conclusion] Understanding effect of exogenous ABA on seed germination and grasping the conditions of seed germination had practical guidance for ensuring high yield of rice.
