莱姆病的研究进展

Research Progress on Lyme Disease

莱姆病是由伯氏疏螺旋体感染引起的一种自然疫源性人兽共患病,传播媒介主要为硬蜱,其临床表现复杂多样,可引起多系统多器官的损伤。莱姆病在全世界范围内流行,对人类的健康造成了一定的危害,也阻碍了畜牧业的发展。基于对莱姆病的研究现状,从莱姆病的病原学、流行病学、发病机理、病理特征、诊断和预防控制等方面对莱姆病的研究进展进行了综述,旨在为莱姆病的进一步研究提供参考。

Lyme disease,caused by spirochete Borrelia burgdorferi, is a natural loci disease transmitted by ticks. The pathogen of Lyme disease can cause complex and varied clinical manifestations and trigger muti-system pathological damage. Lyme disease is epidemic throughout the world ,and prevents the development of animal husbandry. According to the research status at home and abroad ,this article elaborated research advances in the etiology, epidemiology,pathogenesis,pathological characteristics, diagnosis and prevention of Lyme disease, and would provide references for the further research of Lyme disease.
