2种微生物制剂与有机诱导抗病剂在烤烟生产上的组合应用 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]明确哈茨木霉菌、萎缩芽孢杆菌2种微生物制剂与有机诱导抗病剂在烤烟生产上的组合应用效果。[方法]通过苗期试验和大田试验研究哈茨木霉菌、萎缩芽孢杆菌制剂分别与有机诱导抗病剂(DMP)组合应用对烤烟农艺性状及病害防治的影响。[结果]苗期试验结果表明:DMP分别与哈茨木霉菌、萎缩芽孢杆菌组合应用对烟苗主要农艺性状的提高作用优于DMP、哈茨木霉菌和萎缩芽孢杆菌单独施用,DMP与萎缩芽孢杆菌组合应用对烟苗株高、叶片数、茎直径、地上部分鲜重、地下部分鲜重、地上部分干重和地下部分干重的提高作用最好。大田试验结果表明:在移栽时再施用等量DMP,苗期采用DMP与哈茨木霉菌、萎缩芽孢杆菌组合育苗的烟株大田期主要农艺性状和对烟草黑胫病和花叶病的相对防效均高于单独采用DMP、哈茨木霉菌和萎缩芽孢杆菌育苗的处理,其中以DMP+萎缩芽孢杆菌组合育苗的处理对烟草黑胫病、烟草花叶病的防控效果最好,与常规防治相比,相对防效分别为64.18%和71.43%。[结论]DMP+萎缩芽孢杆菌组合在提高烤烟农艺性状及防治烟草黑胫病和花叶病病害方面效果显著,值得进一步开发应用于烤烟生产。 [ Objective ] The aim was to clear composite application of two kinds of microbial agents and organic induced resistant agent on tobacco yields. [ Method] We conducted application study of Trichoderma harzianum, Bacillus atrophaeus and dry mycilium of penicillium on the production of flue-cured tobacco. [ Result ] The results of flue-cured tobacco seedling'stage showed that: dry mycilium of penicillium composites applications to Trichoderma harzianum, Bacillus atrophacus could improve the main agronomic characters of tobacco seedlings ' stages, which was better than that of separate application of dry mycilium of penicillium, Trichoderma harzianum and Bacillus atrophaeus. Composite applications of dry mycilium of penicillium and Bacillus atrophaeus were able to best improve the plant height, leaf number, stem diameter, fresh weight of aerial part and underground part of the fresh weight and dry weight of aerial part and underground part of the dry weight. The field test result showed that: using equal of dry mycilium of penicillium in transplant, the tobacco plant of use dry mycilium of penicillium, Trichoderma harzianum and Bacillus atrophaeus in flue-cured tobacco seedling stage were highly enhanced agronomic characters of flue-cured tobacco fields, TMV and tobacco blank shank resistance than the tobacco plant of use separately dry mycilium of penicillium, Tr/choderma harzianum and Bacillus atrophaeus. The composite application of DMP + Bacillus atrophaeus performed best on TMV and tobacco blank shank, with 64.18% and 71.43% effect respectively comparing with that of chemical control. [ Conclusion] The composite application of DMP + Bacillus atrophaeus can significantly improve agronomic characters of flue-cured tobacco and control TMV and tobacco blank shank, so it is deserves further study and development.
