观赏蔬菜在休闲农业中的应用

Application Research of Ornamental Vegetables in Leisure Agriculture

近年来,休闲农业产业因兼具政策扶持及良好的社会、经济、生态效益,具有广阔的市场前景。观赏蔬菜因其具有可吃、可玩、可赏的功能特点及与传统意义的观赏植物有着截然不同的风格和神韵,在休闲农业应用方面具有新颖的优势。笔者以此为研究背景,对我国现阶段观赏蔬菜在休闲农业中的应用进行研究分析,总结观赏蔬菜应用需求、种类、栽培模式等方面内容,在分析应用研究基础上,阐述了发展观赏蔬菜的意义与作用,对观赏蔬菜的科学种植、景观欣赏具有重要的指导意义。

In recent years, the leisure agriculture industry for both policy supports, good social, economic and ecological benefits, has broad market prospects. Ornamental vegetables because of its edible can enjoy the features and the traditional ornamental plants, have a distinct style and charm with the novel advantage of applications in leisure agriculture. Based on this research background, the application of the ornamental vegetables in leisure agriculture in current stage of China was analyzed. The application requirements, types, cultivation pattern were summa- rized, on the basis of the analysis in applied research, the meanings and functions of ornamental vegetables were elaborated, which has an im- portant guiding significance for scientific cultivation and landscape appreciation of ornamental vegetables.
