With the acceleration of urbanization and the development of new rural construction, rural demolition problem is increasingly becoming the focus of attention. The formulation and implementation of rural demolition policy has significant impact on social, the collective and the individual interests. The detailed policy recommendations were proposed, the main problems of rural demolition were analyzed, through a large number of investigation and literature research.
